If Delivery via a Lift is selected then the Lift must be of a suitable size and capable of taking the appropriate weight. There must be no more than 1 step on the delivery route. You will be contacted by the Delivery Company to arrange a suitable installation time, and when delivered the goods will be placed in a position of your choice and the packaging removed. It is your responsibility to check access - if in doubt fill in a delivery questionnaire or request a Site Survey. If you want the item to be delivered by Stairs then the Stairs must be suitably sized and be capable of taking the appropriate weights including lifting gear.
