Due to the nature of these products, specific Terms & Conditions will apply:
Safes can be extremely bulky and heavy items so delivery and or installation by a Professional Haulage Company and/or Locksmith may be required. Our Standard Delivery Charge as detailed on the site normally includes Delivery to Kerbside or Ground Floor Reception (for Smaller Safes & Boxes) - UK Mainland only assuming that there are no steps or other obstructions hindering access or vehicle unloading.
Movement into the building is the responsibility of the Customer and if we are required to employ Specialist Personnel to effect the ultimate positioning of the Product, additional charges would be levied. Please make sure that you are familiar with weights and dimensions of your purchase as any aborted delivery may be charged for unless we are informed and agreed prior to delivery. Please check that Floor, Stairs, Lifts etc. are capable of taking the weights required, and that the unit will go through doors and around corners etc.
If you are having your safe bolted down or installed then please ensure that the area you require the safe to bolted down, is free from any and all wires, cables and pipes prior to installation. If our qualified installation team are unable to bolt down or install your safe for this reason then you will still be charged the bolt down fee.
Should you require delivery outside of UK Mainland we will contact you with a suitable quotation which you must agree prior to any delivery.
The final delivery site and or Fixing of your Safe may require Specialist Lifting to Upper/Lower Floors via Lifts or Stairs, and most Options are available at additional costs. We have detailed the available Manufacturer’s Delivery Options by each Model - for additional Options please contact SafeRunner.co.uk on 01293 775248.
For all Non - Standard Delivery Options Manufacturers will require the return of a suitable questionnaire which will be supplied and returned before any delivery can be made.
ReturnsPlease note that no Safe can be returned without prior agreement, and Manufacturers’/Suppliers have differing Returns Policies which are available on request. Some Products are non-returnable, and non-refundable. Any product that is agreed to be returned must be in a ‘New’ Condition, and returned at the Customers expense in its original Packaging with all accessories/instructions enclosed. Returned items may incur a handling/restocking fee. The enclosed does not affect your statutory rights.
