If you are running a retail shop you should consider the use of time delay locks to help deter potential robbers.

Please refer to the SHOW MORE DELIVERY DETAILS drop down box next to the price of each product for specific terms relating to each individual safe. Most GB mainland orders are sent within the stated timescale by our suppliers subject to product availability. If we are informed of extended delays we will try to phone or email you to inform you or to offer an alternative product if suitable. No alternative products will be sent without your agreement. Please note that during busy period’s orders may take some additional time to process.
Generally all GB mainland orders will be shipped free of charge to Pavement or Ground Floor only unless stated. Certain safes may require an extra delivery charge if access is via stairs or a lift.
** Extra charges may apply for orders from Northern Ireland, the Republic of Ireland, the Channel Islands, Isle of Man, Scottish Post Codes such as those beginning IV and AB, and on all International Orders. Additional time will be required above the stated delivery period for all non GB mainland deliveries. Please go to the check out for the delivery charge to be calculated. **
You will be informed of any additional extra charges and will be asked to agree them prior to delivery.
Please note that it is important that there will be someone available to receive the packages and If there is no one there to accept delivery, the courier will normally contact you or for smaller goods try again the following day before returning the parcel to their local depot. You normally then have 2 weeks to collect your parcel at your expense before it is returned to us or the suppliers. Any items returned will incur a re-delivery charge. This charge may vary depending on the size of the item.
Couriers usually deliver Monday to Friday between 9.00am and 6.00pm and should post a card through the door if there is no one to sign for the parcel. Please organise to have someone available to receive the following day if advised.
For smaller items the couriers will usually leave the parcel with a neighbour or in an accessible place like a garage or porch but only if they are given permission so please indicate if this would be okay in the special delivery instructions at the checkout.
If you supply an incorrect postal code or incomplete address then there maybe a delay in despatching your parcel or delivery of your parcel may not be possible. It is not the responsibility of SafeRunner.co.uk to ensure that the address is correct and we accept no responsibility for the loss or delay in delivery of your parcel if the address that you supplied is incorrect or incomplete.
Damaged Parcels - PLEASE CHECK YOUR DELIVERY
It is ALWAYS best to sign for your delivery as UNCHECKED or make sure you check your delivery BEFORE you sign for it as being received ok.
If you are unable to check your delivery before signing for it, sign for your delivery as UNCHECKED or if the package is damaged in anyway, no matter how small, please sign for it stating DAMAGED. We CANNOT CLAIM from our carriers for any damaged items that have not been signed for as DAMAGED.
If you sign for a delivery which you find at a later date is damaged, our carriers WILL NOT accept liability and you may be charged for the damaged items if we cannot claim from the carriers, In this case a delivery charge for replacement items WILL be made.
By completing your order you agree to abide by these instructions to check your delivery and sign for it accordingly as either OK, UNCHECKED or DAMAGED. If you have signed for your goods as DAMAGED you must notify us by telephone within 7 days of the original delivery date. This communication must also be backed up in writing via recorded delivery within the same 7 days. Once we have been notified of the damaged goods, you will be given a specific reference number.
For all International orders SafeRunner.co.uk will e-mail you with the postage charge for the goods that you must agree to before we despatch your item. Please note that orders to the Republic of Ireland, the Channel Island and the Isle of Man all count as International orders. Orders to Northern Ireland may also incur an extra postage charge.
